Returns & Refunds
Kestell Furniture accepts returns on eligible standard items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Made-to-order items, custom-finished products, bulk commercial orders, clearance items, and freight/LTL shipments are not returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. Please do not return any item without return authorization.
Depending on the situation, Kestell may repair the item, send replacement parts, replace the item, offer a partial refund, issue a full refund, or request return of the item. In some cases, return of the product may not be required. Refunds are issued after returned items are received and inspected, unless Kestell determines that a return is not necessary.
